About RAM Utilities, Inc.
RAM Utilities, Inc. was incorporated in June of 2009 as a joint venture between Robbie Suggs, Bob Rush and Shaun Haines. Bob and Shaun, who own RAM Development had been in business since 2005. When the presidents stimulus package was introduced in 2009 it changed the playing field for all Federal, State and Local jobs, meaning that each project (state, county or federal) has to have a minimum percentage of minority participation. This began to impact RAM Development in that there were not enough minority companies to fulfill the requirements of the bids that were being offered.
RAM Utilities, Inc. was established as a SDVOSB (service disabled veteran owned small business), VOSB (veteran owned small business) and Disadvantaged Small Business (Native American Owned). With Robbie as the qualifier of the minority designations, it allows RAM Utilities to qualify to bid on more government and state bids.
Though the company name of RAM Utilities is relatively new to the industry the principals of the company collectively possess over 60 years of experience in the site development arena and has never failed to complete any project.
